Workfile - Parts Tab

Use this screen to manage the parts process in a repair order workfile. There are four view options that organize various parts documents by summary, document type, by vendor, and by repair order lines. Documents that can be created and managed include purchase orders, invoices, parts return , and partial credit documents. Other options include printing parts reports by the selected view.

The Parts tab provides the ability for you to track parts status as to ordering, receiving, vendor, backorder, and to allow you to update the estimate line part prices on the estimate.
